My sculling

Video of your own sculling is an essential resource that helps you to observe your own sculling and through discussion with a coach identify your strengths, your progress, and the current 1 or 2 priorities in order to improve.

Typically what you think you’re doing and what you are actually doing are 2 very different things. Watching, analysing and discussing helps greatly.

Of course, it can be de-motivating, if you feel criticised, but if you’re hungry to be more skilled and to get faster, constructive feedback is essential.

So, in the My Programme section, the plan is to have all the information about the current sculling programme

and in the My Videos section videos of your own sculling that only you can access, together with your coach
