What will be useful to you, depends on your level of experience and on how you learn best, from just watching some simple demonstrations of good sculling technique …  to developing a deep technical understanding of how to develop and improve.

World Rowing – Essential Sculling Technique for rowers

Very clear, short 4 minute video, using an Avatar (always easier to coach!) demonstrating good posture and the key phases of the rowing stroke … beautifully done. If you’re just learning to scull or wanting to improve, check this out, and watch it again and again.
